- Environmental analysis of the role
- Collection of the job description and objectives, as well as the profile requirements for the candidate
- Definition of a target-list of companies where we can actively approach the right potential candidates
- In this phase of the Executive Search process, we identify the relevant precise information about the potential candidate and the target company (current position and responsibilities of the potential candidate, company structure and position on the market, etc.)
- Next, we personally approach the potentially suitable candidate from the target list. We invite them for a personal interview where we motivate them for our client’s position and evaluate their career history and suitability for the role. We insist on evaluating their personal skills, knowledge, leadership skills and motivation.
