We want to offer our customers the highest possible quality of service. (To this end we have standardised the following process:)

  • Before starting any search, we analyse the company culture, organisation and the business environment at our client’s company
  • We provide a contract proposal that creates a legal and economic basis for a successful cooperation
  • We start the search after signing an agreement involving
    • a clearly defined profile and job description
    • an agreed, detailed search process
  • We create a “long-list“ (with all potential candidates)
  • All candidates that we would like to present to our client are evaluated on the basis of a personal, extensive interview with a specialist consultant
  • All the interviews conducted by Consent consultants are structured and consist of a personal and professional evaluation
  • As a result of the interview process we establish a short-list of candidates, who are most interested in the position, and who match our client’s requirements best
  • Our client is informed in writing precisely about the result
  • All the best candidates for the position are introduced to the client
  • Each single candidate is presented only to one client
  • The candidate’s CV and interview evaluation report are at the client’s disposal only if the candidate agrees, and is clearly interested in the position
  • We can provide consulting services to our clients and candidates regarding the employment contract preparation according to the Slovak labour code / (employment law)
  • As far as possible, we check the candidate’s references
  • Clients and candidates are continuously informed about the recruitment process, either in written form or verbally, according to their wishes
  • If possible and suitable, we can support the new employee’s integration into the client’s company
  • We can provide a regular candidate and client feedback after 3, 6 and 12 months, to ensure the long-term success of the placement
